Hoosier Hills is a thoroughbred training Facility with 279 acres more or less. It has an executive home with a private lake, 56 stalls, a 6 furlong certified training track, an 18 hole golf course with Pro Shop and bar, a driving range, a horseshoe shaped lake in the center of the track, a residence where the trainer lives, a small rental apartment in one of the barns, an older barn and corral for pleasure horses or other stock and much, much more.

Hoosier Hills is located on Hwy 60 near Borden IN. From I-65, take exit #7 and Hoosier Hills Thoroughbred Training Facility is on the right just past Deam Lake.

This is the front of the home which actually faces the hills and the forestry. The following photos are of the rear and the private lake adjacent to the home.

You can watch the horses train from the patio or from inside the home. It is too early in the year and too soon after a recent ice storm for the property to look its best but it is still wonderful with the potential to be amazing.

The horseshoe shaped lake in the center of the track is not visible from this angle but it is visible from the aerial photo above.

There are two horse barns with 56 stalls; they have dirt floors and pretty much just what you need. I am not very knowledgeable regarding horseracing so this description will remain purposefully vague. There is a large maintenance shop. The adjacent residence is occupied by the thoroughbred trainer. There is an apartment in one of the barns that is currently occupied by a tenant.

There is also an old barn suitable for livestock with a corral and fencing.

The following photos are from the partially finished basement. Not pictured extra bedrooms, a panic room and lots of unfinished space with the mechanicals and storage.

If you look to the top of this page, on the aerial view, I began at the rear of the property which is at the top of the aerial view and I am working my way back down to Hwy 60 where the golf course, bar and driving rane are located.
